I love this photo, capturing a “mistake” on Ellen’s part as she finished rolling on the table and started to lead the others up to the road. Very quickly, she remembered her gloves. She is a blur behind Ann.
We had fun making and then presenting the in-progress scenes this past September. So much was learned. The weather was lovely, the sound of their feet on the leaves, then the quiet. Here is a clip from the Suitcase scene, filmed by Jude Domski.
Many of you have responded to the 2025 fundraising for Forest. Thank you!!! We are well underway to meeting our budget. 99% of the money raised comes from individuals (you). Grants are scarce and highly competitive. You are the ones who know the power of art to change minds, hearts, and thus our society. Here is the link to online giving through Zeffy. 100% of your gift goes to Cradle to Grave Arts, Inc. We will continue to raise funds well into 2026.
May you have some rest in this pivotal season,
Hannah
The great majority of funding for these site-specific projects comes from many generous individuals, as well as grants from Anonymous, Todd R. Lockwood Charitable Fund, Primrose Fund, Susan Z. Ritz/Larsen Fund, Yovu Stetson Fund, Taylor Root Family Charitable Fund, The Vermont Arts Council and The Vermont Community Foundation.
